Collaborative Portable Accounting is our accounting software. It is web-based accounting software support working collaboratively in different location. Key features are:

Sureshot POS

Sureshot POS is our POS (Point of Sale) software with web-based management software. It is a group of software working collaboratively to capture all sales transactions. Key features are:

  • Simple POS Operation. It is designed with a concept to simplify Point of Sale operation. The operator needs only scan and go.
  • Support a searching of item from item description when there is no barcode found.
  • Open transaction can be suspended without limit number of suspended sales.
  • Can capture membership on each sales.
  • Provide a lot of promotional functions, e.g. Discount Coupon issue and capture, Automatic Volume Discount (can be specified per item), Free Item, etc. The operator doesn't have to handle volume discount items or free item manually. All can be scanned like normal item.

MicroForms


MicroForms is an application software for capture business transactions. It has many business friendly features for capturing business transactions efficiently either in sales system, purchase system, receiving system, payment system, inventory control system, etc. It is based on open system so it can run on different type of platform which you can choose. It also can export data for processing further.

Most of business, Small and Medium Business, and Starting Business are relied on external accountant. However, a business must issue business documents and accounting documents. Financial Institutions can issue check book with name and complete MICR line for their customer any time, no more wait time. Financial Institutions also don't have to stock pile Check Book in order to provide Check Issue Services for their customer.
